target foe range increased to earshot (target ally remains nearby)
added hex effect: for X seconds, foes hit by clamor of souls cannot be targets of shouts. (ty Entropy)

5 energy 1 cast 10 recharge
Elite Spell. For 15 seconds target ally has +3 energy regeneration. This spell ends early if ally casts a spell that targets a foe or deals damage to a foe.

10e, remove "if enchanted" condition and replace with "using a skill/spell/etc"

For 5...10 seconds, you move 33% faster and if you strike a moving foe in melee, you strike for +10 damage and that foe is knocked down.

For 1...6...7 seconds, damage done by target foe is reduced by 75%.

I'm not too sure on that one, so I choose - [Amity]!

VV The whole reason for reasking it is because I wasn't sure if my idea was decent or not.

Okay...zelgadissan answered his own question...I agree for the most part but decrease the duration for PvP to 1...4...5, reduce recharge to 20.

If Precision Shot hits, you strike for +3...+20 damage. Precision Shot cannot be blocked.


More damage, longer recharge, and not easily interrupted.

Elite form. For 0...40 seconds, all hostile spells that target you fail and all attacks against you miss, but you deal 50% less damage. When Shadow Form ends, lose all but 5...41 Health and 30...10 energy. This skill is disabled for 120 seconds.

Word of Healing is fine. Best Healing elite, one of the best Monk elites. Why does it need balancing?

...was buffed awhile ago, and now holds its own little niche for beastmasters in PvP. Only thing I'd do is increase the duration after 12BM so ranger primaries could maintain it a little longer.
